The respiratory therapist is responsible for providing basic and advanced Cardiopulmonary Care services to neonatal, pediatric, adult and geriatric patients. The respiratory therapist will plan, implement and evaluate the effectiveness of Cardiopulmonary Care.
Associate\'s Degree in Respiratory Care is required.
Two years of clinical experience in Cardiopulmonary Care is preferred. The Therapist/ Technician must have outstanding clinical, communication and interpersonal skills in order to perform at the level expected by Medical Center Barbour.
ACLS and PALS preferred.
License / Certificates: Certified Respiratory Technician
Registered or Registry eligible Respiratoy Therapist
BCLS Certification by AHA
